Frequently Asked Questions and Learning Terms

This document explains access, learning responsibilities, use of materials, cohort transfers, and refunds. This revision is effective August 31, 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the program for?

The program is for people who want to understand technology as a system and turn knowledge into real output: young people entering the field, working professionals changing direction, founders, entrepreneurs, and people building digital products. Learners do not need to be programmers.

Can I join without coding experience?

Yes. The path starts with product thinking, user flows, data, access, payments, documentation, and operations. Code appears only when it serves a clearly described problem.

How is the program delivered?

The program includes online cohorts and focused in-person sessions in Lac Duong, Da Lat. The selected package states the format, schedule, capacity, and support included. In-person attendance is not required to begin.

What can I see before payment?

Public visitors can see the purpose, structure, and learning formats. Free members can review the module path and introductory materials. Full materials, exercises, confirmed schedules, group mentoring, in-person sessions, and individual sessions open only through the relevant paid package.

Are sessions recorded?

Some sessions may include a supporting recording for a stated period. Not every session is recorded or available indefinitely. The program prioritizes attendance, practice, and feedback within the cohort rhythm.

What counts as completion?

Attendance alone does not establish completion. Learners need at least one verifiable output, such as a landing page, product document, business model, legal map, or small project. Any certificate reflects participation and the quality of completed work.

Can I join a real project?

Possibly, but never automatically. Participation depends on demonstrated capability, output quality, collaborative responsibility, project needs, and approval from the responsible lead.

What if I do not know which package to choose?

Begin in the free member area, review the program structure, and identify your current objective. Do not select a higher package based only on aspiration. You can send a question through the contact page before payment.

Participation terms

Personal access

Accounts, learning links, materials, and participation rights belong to the registered learner. Do not share accounts, distribute materials, record private sessions, or transfer access without written approval.

Use of materials

Learners may use materials for study, practice, and their own output. Materials may not be resold, republished under another name, copied as a complete system into another program, or presented in a way that misrepresents the source.

Conduct and safety

Harassment, abuse, spam, unauthorized recruiting, exploitation of other learners, deliberate disruption, and false representations about the program are prohibited. A documented and reviewed violation may result in a warning, restricted access, or removal.

Program adjustments

Schedules, instructors, sequence, or delivery may be reasonably adjusted to preserve quality and safety. Material changes will be communicated through the registered channel or member area. Individual sessions, advanced classes, and project lanes are not included by default in every package.

Right to decline admission

An application may be declined or paused when information is false, capacity is full, objectives do not fit the program, or safety and quality are at risk. Any payment collected for a place that cannot be provided will be handled under the refund section below and applicable law.

Learning policy

The standard learning rhythm has seven steps: attend or view the available material, capture the structure, practice, submit an output, receive feedback, revise, and continue to the next module. The program is not designed for consuming everything before doing the work.

  • An output is required, but it may be small and focused.
  • The output must be real and demonstrate movement from understanding to action.
  • Feedback depth depends on the package and cohort rhythm.
  • If a session is missed, the learner uses available materials and catches up proactively; individual replacement sessions are not automatic.
  • Progression to an advanced class depends on foundation, output, genuine need, fit, and capacity.
  • In-person classes are limited to 9 learners and require attendance for the confirmed learning period.

Learners must protect private products, data, strategies, and personal stories shared by others in the learning environment. Such information must not be disclosed without permission.

Cohort transfers and refunds

Transfer requests

A learner may request a transfer before the cohort begins. A transfer is confirmed only when the new cohort has capacity, is a suitable fit, and does not disrupt an active class. After the start date, a request is assessed against access already used, participation, class format, and fairness to the receiving cohort.

When a refund may be available

A refund may be approved when the program cancels a class or cannot provide a core component that was sold, when a serious service failure is not remedied within a reasonable period, when required by law, or for documented force majeure assessed individually.

When a refund is not automatic

Changing your mind after a class begins, personal scheduling problems, an unreported absence, substantial use of materials or access, attendance at an in-person class, or use of an individual session does not automatically create a refund right. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

In-person and individual sessions

In-person classes have no more than 9 places and require on-site preparation; individual sessions reserve a specific time. A rescheduling request must be sent early and takes effect only when confirmed. Once final preparation has begun, a session has occurred, or the learner does not attend, transfer or refund is no longer automatic.

How to submit a request

Use the contact page and the email address registered to your account. Include the program, package, payment date, reason, and requested outcome. The system will acknowledge receipt, review access already used, and respond in writing. Never send card data or sensitive financial information.
